Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst

We are looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst who will be reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager. Responsibilities and Core Functions:

1. Provide customer service regarding billing issues, process customer refunds, review and process account adjustments, and resolve customer discrepancies and short payments.
2. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts: customer calls, account adjustments, cancellation of small balances, customer reconciliations, and credit note processing.
3. Responsible for reducing late payments for assigned accounts.
4. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
5. Engage sales efforts when necessary to expedite the collection process.
6. Must communicate and effectively follow up with the operations department regarding customer accounts in a timely manner.
7. Establish professional communication representing the company's high standards of quality and customer service.
8. Prepare reconciliations for different customer portfolios and send the weekly report.
9. Update and maintain the account status of the various assigned portfolios.
