Dispatch Analyst (Afterhours)

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming emails and input relevant information into the TMS system (MyCartage).
• Check order availability on third-party websites.
• Support billing activities twice a week by generating weekly reports.
• Identify and correct duplicate entries in billing records.
• Calculate the total weight (kilos) transported for the week.
• Analyze telematics data to report wait times for shipments.
• Ensure accuracy and timely entry of all necessary information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies.

Required Skills:
What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or logistics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with TMS systems, preferably MyCartage (training provided).
• Basic knowledge of telematics systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience with airfreight and ocean drayage terminology is a big plus.
