Job Description: • Responsible for all Import/Export Quotes
• All Export and Import related USA Governmental requirements
• All e-mail management
• Responsible for ensuring that all DDU/DAP/DDP/CIF/FOB/EXW are quoted same day
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a quote log for all quotes separated out by import and quote analytics ( how many quotes sent/ secured for any given agent, quotes by sales rep,etc)
• Responsible to search/maintain pricing from vendors: truckers, warehouses, or any other party of the supply chain to get rates. Documents must be uploaded on share point.
• To ensure all pre-alerts are assigned to each branch manager to get them assigned to a operations representative.
