Job Title: Pricing Analyst

Job Description: We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to handle pricing requests from U.S. customers and international agents. The ideal candidate will provide accurate and competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong supplier relationships, and collaboration with internal teams to balance margin and business growth.

Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to pricing requests from U.S. customers and international agents, ensuring timely and profitable quotes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and service.
• Work closely with internal teams to balance profitability and winning new business.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the quoting process.
• Support team members with quotes and coverage during PTO.
Important KPIs:
• Timeliness of Pricing Responses: International Agent RFQs – Same day; U.S.-based client RFQs – Within 4 hours.
• Customer Satisfaction: Measured by feedback on response times, accuracy, and service quality.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & CargoWise (a plus).

• Previous experience in pricing/quoting is a plus!

• Resolve shipment discrepancies, address delays, and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
• Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
• Ensure accuracy in shipment data using CargoWise and provide timely invoices for every shipment.
