Job Description: Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate truck requests for pickups efficiently
· Ensure accurate collection and delivery of orders to the warehouse
· Manage dispatch operations to the terminal
· Enter documentation into My Cartage System, process it, and distribute appropriately
· Track and monitor all deliveries, ensuring timely execution
· Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, delivering top-tier customer service throughout the logistics process

Required Skills:
Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration or a related field
· Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and reading comprehension)
· Solid understanding of logistics processes
· Exceptional attention to detail

Bonus Skills
