Job Title: International Logistics Lead

Job Description: This role will also lead and develop the logistics team, aligning efforts with corporate objectives and maintaining high service standards.

Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end logistics management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all import/export processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. customs and international trade regulations.
• Supply chain optimization: Implement strategies to improve costs, delivery times, traceability, and overall efficiency in global logistics flows.
• Team leadership: Direct, coach, and motivate the logistics team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Talent management: Conduct interviews, oversee recruitment processes, training, and performance evaluations for logistics staff.
• Stakeholder management: Maintain effective communication with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and both internal and external clients.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all operations comply with international trade agreements, U.S. customs requirements, and internal company policies.
• Risk management and issue resolution: Anticipate and resolve potential issues related to delays, documentation, additional costs, or regulatory restrictions in international operations.
• Reporting and analysis: Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency, while recommending continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of proven experience in international logistics (import/export with the U.S.).
• Previous experience leading teams and managing talent (recruitment, feedback, and performance management).
• Strong background working with international vendors, customs brokers, and transport providers.

Knowledge:

• U.S. customs regulations and international trade compliance.
• Proficiency in international documentation (B/L, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
• Logistics KPIs, cost control, and supply chain optimization.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with logistics management software (ERP, WMS, TMS, SAP, or similar).
• CargoWise experience is considered a strong plus.

Operations Analyst


Job Title: Operations Analyst

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international shipments (door-to-door or port-to-port).
• Coordinate multimodal operations (air, ocean, ground).
• Prepare and review transport documents: BLs, AWBs, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
• Track shipments in real-time and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, airlines, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and origin country regulations (TSA, FDA, customs).
• Optimize logistics costs through vendor negotiation and resource management.
• Handle operational issues: delays, holds, damages, or misroutes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems.
• Support logistics reporting, KPIs, and service quality control.
