Job Description: What You'll Do

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of all international cargo:

• Shipment Management: Coordinate and execute end-to-end international shipments (import/export) via ocean, air, and ground.
• Colombian Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and manage all transport documents (BLs, AWBs, invoices, etc.), ensuring strict compliance with Colombian Customs (DIAN) and other local regulations. Management of TMS Muisca.
• Multimodal Coordination: Manage international freight and coordinate National Ground Transportation within Colombia (from ports like Cartagena/Buenaventura to inland destinations).
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between clients, international carriers, freight forwarders, and local Colombian transport/customs agents.
• Tracking & Updates: Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to clients and internal teams.



Required Skills:

• Experience: 2+ years in Logistics Coordination or Analysis, with direct involvement in Colombian import/export operations.
• Local Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Colombian Customs Law (DIAN) and port operations.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and excellent communication skills.
• Education: Degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international shipments (door-to-door or port-to-port).
• Coordinate multimodal operations (air, ocean, ground).
• Prepare and review transport documents: BLs, AWBs, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
• Track shipments in real-time and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Work with freight forwarders, carriers, airlines, and logistics providers.
