Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a strong Developer DNA to join
a fast-growing U.S.-based Proptech Startup. This is not a traditional support role; it is
a high-impact hybrid position where you will bridge the gap between product
engineering and client success.

The Role:

 60% Product Engineering: Resolve technical debt, optimize PostgreSQL
structures, and enhance our gamification engine and reporting dashboards.
 40% Client Technical Support: Act as the technical point of contact for
complex integrations, data cleansing, property mapping, and bug fixing.

Your Technical Stack:

 Mobile: Strong proficiency in React Native.
 Backend: Solid experience with Ruby on Rails.
 Data: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (relational table design) and Hasura /
GraphQL.
 Infrastructure: Comfortable with Auth0, GCP, and BigQuery.

Key Requirements:

 Fluent English (C1): Excellent written and spoken communication skills to
interact confidently with U.S. stakeholders and clients.
 Startup Mindset: Ability to move fast, balance urgency with quality, and work
autonomously in an Agile environment.
 Problem Solver: You don’t just report bugs—you dive into the code and fix
them.
