Job Title: Air transport analyst

Job Description: We are looking for bilingual candidates with a background in foreign trade or related fields, as well as experience in exporting LCL cargo by sea and air. Please see the responsibilities and duties of the position below:
Core duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to preparing weekly load plans for the consol cargo, preparing the load plans for the weekly rail boxes, reviewing and submitting preliminary hazardous documents to the steamship line, reviewing damages when freight is delivered to the warehouse, dock receipt processing, filing AES and submitting forwarding instructions to the carrier, communicating any advance, delay, milestone updates to our customers, billing, and pre alerting.

Important KPIs:
Identify the key metrics that will be used to evaluate the employee's performance in their day-to-day operations. Ask the following questions:
1. What are the measurable outcomes or targets for this role?
a. Billing prior to vessel departure
b. Pre Alerting within ETD +3
c. Filing AES prior to designated document cut off with steamship line
d. Scheduling AU/NZ/HNL/SIN load plans weekly

Operations Analyst

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Job Description: The operations analyst is responsible for excellent customer service and management of files and records to ensure timely delivery of items and resolution of issues. The export operator must be able to successfully communicate with a variety of local and international clientele and vendors, with diplomacy and discretion.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Proactively communicates with customers/colleagues/vendors to obtain positive results

• Arrange collection of shipments, provide bookings to customers, and obtain all required documentation while ensuring that all data is up to date in Cargowise.

• Maintain compliance standards, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements

• Understand department process and flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency

• Track & trace shipments, monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularities

• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing commitment to quality communications and data integrity

• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to support department, product, and company goals

• Effectively communicate with clients to resolve disputes and address service failures

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Assist with cartage rate discrepancies as needed

Important KPIs:
1. Develop to full scale air or sea export operator.
2. Performance review of Performance metrics Quality, Accuracy, and Response Times as per outlined SOP
3. Quality, Accuracy, Response Time
