Job Title: SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST – WALMART

Job Description: Own day-to-day order management and fulfillment for the Walmart channel ahead of the 2027 launch across ~3,000 stores. Onboard in Q4 2026 to be fully ramped before order flow begins in January, then serve as the single point of accountability for Walmart order accuracy, OTIF compliance, scorecard performance, and deduction defense, while keeping the broader supply chain team aligned on inventory impact.

Key responsibilities

Order management and fulfillment

• Monitor incoming Walmart POs, validate quantities, dates, and ship-to details against current inventory and forecast.
• Coordinate fulfillment with the warehouse and 3PL: confirm orders flow into the WMS, meet labeling and ASN requirements, and ship within routing-guide windows (carrier scheduling, pickup timing).
• Track each order through delivery and protect Walmart OTIF performance to avoid compliance fines.

Inventory and forecast alignment

• Compare Walmart demand against inventory levels and the planned forecast; flag spikes, declines, or over-ordering early.
• Communicate channel impact to the supply chain team so Walmart demand does not destabilize allocation across other channels.
• Compliance and deduction management
• Manage Walmart vendor compliance and monitor the supplier scorecard.
• Detect deductions and chargebacks early, compile supporting documentation, and dispute invalid claims within 24 hours.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records for every order to support fast disputes.

Reporting and communication

• Run Walmart program reporting and surface issues proactively to the broader team.
• Build and maintain SOPs for each recurring task.

Required Skills:
Required qualifications

• College degree and proven supply chain or retail logistics experience.
• Hands-on experience with Walmart Retail Link (and Luminate / Supplier One) and EDI/ASN workflows.
• Strong English (written and verbal); able to confirm understanding and document process.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, low ego, proactive communicator.
