Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate truck requests for pickups efficiently
• Ensure accurate collection and delivery of orders to the warehouse
• Manage dispatch operations to the terminal
• Enter documentation into My Cartage System, process it, and distribute appropriately
• Track and monitor all deliveries, ensuring timely execution
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, delivering top-tier customer service throughout the logistics process.

Required Skills:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration or a related field
• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and reading comprehension)
• Solid understanding of logistics processes
• Exceptional attention to detail

Bonus Skills
• Experience with freight forwarding or transportation systems
• Familiarity with Cargowise or similar logistics software
• Customer service or dispatching experience in a high-paced environment
