You will ensure revenue integrity while managing vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

· Revenue Management: Own the end-to-end customer billing cycle, ensuring every shipment, storage, and handling fee is captured accurately and on time.

· Vendor Validation: Audit and verify vendor invoices, ensuring charges match rates and service confirmations while resolving discrepancies proactively.

· Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Finance to streamline workflows, resolve billing hurdles, and support a seamless month-end close.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and maintain the highest standards of financial compliance.
