Job Title: CAMERA WATCHER

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Surveillance & Activity Monitoring: Oversee warehouse operations using Spot AI cameras from open to close (approximately 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM), reviewing live feeds and recorded footage as needed.

• Inventory & Material Tracking:

- Capture timestamped screenshots of all incoming materials entering the warehouse.

- Document Inventory IDs for all materials retrieved from storage racks.

- Identify and investigate any items placed into racking systems without proper labels.

- Capture screenshots of staged project materials to verify proper organization.

• Data Retrieval & Reporting: Extract operational data from Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft Teams, including pick ticket volumes, Will Call statistics, and fulfillment timeframes.

Qualifications & Competencies

• High Discipline & Vigilance: Ability to maintain sharp focus and accountability during quiet periods while ensuring rapid response when operational activity spikes.

• System Proficiency: Experience navigating Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft Teams for data extraction and reporting.

• Attention to Detail: Strong aptitude for visual auditing, timestamp verification, and precise documentation.
