Job Title: SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST – WALMART

Job Description: We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of purchase orders and supply chain operations for the Walmart channel, supporting Laundry Sauce's continued growth and ensuring operational excellence across one of its largest retail partners.

This role will serve as the primary owner of order accuracy, OTIF (On Time In Full) performance, Walmart supplier compliance, and deduction management, while coordinating closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory allocation and minimize disruptions across other sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Fulfillment

· Monitor Walmart Purchase Orders (POs) on a daily basis.

· Validate order quantities, requested delivery dates, and shipping destinations against available inventory and demand forecasts.

· Coordinate outbound shipments with the warehouse and third-party logistics provider (3PL), ensuring:

o Purchase orders are accurately processed in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

o Walmart labeling and packaging requirements are met.

o Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) are generated accurately and submitted on time.

o Shipments comply with Walmart's Routing Guide and delivery appointment requirements.

· Track each order through final delivery, ensuring compliance with Walmart's OTIF (On Time In Full) performance metrics.

Inventory Planning & Forecasting

· Compare Walmart demand against current inventory levels and sales forecasts.

· Identify unexpected demand increases, shortages, or over-ordering situations.

· Communicate the impact of Walmart demand to the Supply Chain team to prevent inventory shortages affecting other customers or sales channels.

· Support inventory allocation decisions to maintain optimal service levels.

Required Skills:
Requirements

Education

· High school diploma or equivalent (required).

·Supplier Compliance & Deduction Management

· Ensure compliance with Walmart's supplier requirements and operational standards.

· Monitor supplier performance metrics and identify potential compliance risks.

· Detect deductions, chargebacks, and compliance issues as early as possible.

· Gather supporting documentation and submit disputes or claims promptly, following Walmart's required timelines.

· Maintain organized records of all transactions and supporting documentation for audit purposes.

Reporting & Communication

· Prepare operational reports related to Walmart account performance.

· Proactively identify and communicate risks, delays, or operational issues to internal stakeholders.

· Document, develop, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring operational activities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, Operations, and Sales, to ensure smooth execution of Walmart orders.
