Job Description: Job Overview:
We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to handle pricing requests from U.S. customers and international agents. The ideal candidate will provide accurate and competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong supplier relationships, and collaboration with internal teams to balance margin and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to pricing requests from U.S. customers and international agents, ensuring timely and profitable quotes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and service.
Work closely with internal teams to balance profitability and win new business.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the quoting process.
Support team members with quotes and coverage during PTO.

Important KPIs:
Timeliness of Pricing Responses: International Agent RFQs – Same day; U.S.-based client RFQs – Within 4 hours.
Customer Satisfaction: Measured by feedback on response times, accuracy, and service quality.

Required Skills:
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in pricing or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & CargoWise (a plus).

Previous experience in pricing/quoting is a plus!

Project Coordinator


Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description: We are committed to stability and everything that involves employee satisfaction. We are currently seeking a CIVIL ENGINEER for the position of Project Coordinator. This professional will work closely with the Project Manager and field staff to ensure the project is proactively configured, accurately executed, and properly documented. Specific duties include:

• Delivering product data packages
• Requesting samples for shipment
• Reviewing changes to contractual documents for potential impacts on scope
• Compiling employment contract requirements, including bonuses, insurance certificates, etc.
• Prepare the value sheet, general billing documents, and stockpiled material
• Generate pick tickets and installer work orders from takeoff quantities
• Prepare shop drawings and installation documents
• Collect warranties, in accordance with construction, operation, and maintenance (O&M) documents, and other closeout documents.
• Communicate and ensure complete client satisfaction with the project. • Anything else necessary for the project's success.

Required Skills:
Position Requirements:

• Absolute dedication to the project's success.
* Advanced English proficiency, both conversational and written (C1 level).
• Attention to detail and critical thinking to identify and correct potential errors before they occur.
• Ability to read construction contract documents (plans and specifications).
• Ability to use cost estimating software.
• Knowledge of generally accepted construction principles and project sequencing.
• Ability to work as a team and resolve work-related issues while building client trust and satisfaction with our work.
• 2 years of experience in Project Management
