• Data Integration & Visibility: Manage data across 3–4 different operational software systems and build customized dashboards to track key metrics.
• Financial Oversight: Manage QuickBooks entries, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting for the executive team.
• Operational Automation: Identify manual tasks and proactively deploy AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
• Executive Support: Maintain clear documentation, manage project timelines, and provide regular reporting on business activity.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to ensure seamless software integration.
