Job Title: FCL EXPORTS ANALYST

Job Description: Are you passionate about international logistics and ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized professional to manage Full Container Load (FCL) shipments for both imports and exports to/from the U.S. Here you’ll work with a high-performing team to ensure seamless global operations, accurate documentation, and outstanding service to our clients.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate bookings and schedules with shipping lines for outbound FCL cargo.
• Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and destination country regulations.
• Communicate with freight partners and customers regarding timelines, cut-offs, and shipment status.
• Monitor cargo readiness and coordinate pickup, loading, and delivery to port or terminal.

Required Skills:
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in international freight forwarding (imports & exports).
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
