The LCL export operations role is a complex position requiring advanced multi-tasking, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving. We handle a wide variety of commodities, including hazardous materials, making DG-certification essential. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of INCOterms and the ability to coordinate door collections with shippers for delivery to various CFS locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare weekly load plans for consolidation cargo and weekly rail boxes.
• Review and submit preliminary hazardous documentation to steamship lines.
• Inspect and document cargo damages upon delivery to the warehouse.
• Process dock receipts, file AES, and submit forwarding instructions to carriers.
• Communicate milestone updates, advances, and delays proactively to customers.
• Handle complete billing processes and manage pre-alerts.

Required Skills:
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience in LCL export operations and freight forwarding.
• Current Dangerous Goods (DG) certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of INCOterms and domestic/international routing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
